Native of Warsaw, Poland Liam started taking piano lessons at the age of 6. He holds a Master’s Degree in Piano Performance from Frederic Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. In 2009 he moved to New York City in order to continue his education at Mannes College of Music and the Juilliard School. In the Fall 2013 he joined a Doctoral Program in Piano Performance at University of North Texas in Denton as a Fulbright scholar. He gave piano recitals in most of European countries as well as North Africa and United States. He is a laureate of several international competitions including Concours Musical de France (I prize, Rouen, 2001), International Competition for Piano Duets (finalist diploma, Bialystok, Poland, 2005) or Steinway Society Piano Competition (semifinalist distinction award, Boston, 2010). As a piano teacher, he broadened his pedagogical horizons working in such cultural centers as Warsaw, Paris, Tunis, New York and Dallas. Over the summers 2011 and 2012 he was involved in teaching master classes and judging piano competitions in Tunisia. He performed as a soloist with several European and American orchestras. He also recorded for Polish television and radio.
